把黑话讲清楚。社区俚语、科学术语，以及它们到底是什么意思。
Looksmaxxing
通过刻意的手段最大化自身外貌的做法，涵盖打理、护肤、训练、营养，极端情况下还包括医美手术。最初是论坛俚语，如今已成主流内容题材。
He spent a year looksmaxxing and his jawline finally caught up with his cheekbones.
Softmaxxing
looksmaxxing 中非侵入性的那一半。护肤、睡眠、体态、饮食、训练、mewing、打理。可逆、便宜，而且大多数现实收益其实都在这里。
She refuses injectables and just softmaxxes with sleep and SPF.
Hardmaxxing
侵入性的那一半。肉毒、填充、激光、植发、正颌或颌面手术。杠杆更大，默认不可逆，只有在基础打好之后才合理。
He hardmaxxed his chin with filler before fixing his sleep schedule.
PSL
1 到 8 的颜值量表，得名于 PUAHate、Sluthate 和 Lookism 三个论坛。它定型了 looksmax 词汇，以及对面部毫米级测量的痴迷。
On the PSL scale he reads as a high 6, low 7.
Mogging
站在某人旁边时在颜值上明显碾压对方。带比较性、上镜，还有点残酷。这是这股潮流最爱的动词。
Standing next to Clavicular, even Sean O'Pry was mogging the room only barely.
Mogged
mogging 的被动态。被身边的人、照片里、面板上明显碾压。骨架错配中承受的一方。
He was mogged into oblivion by the new model at the show.
HTN
High-tier normie（高位普通人）。颜值稳稳在平均之上，但还称不上正典里的 Chad。对大多数健康、打理得当的成年人来说，这是现实的天花板。
He is a clean HTN, not a Chad, and his dating life reflects that.
MTN
Mid-tier normie（中位普通人）。男性颜值分布的统计中点。镜头既不罚他也不奖他，就是存在着。
Most of the men in any given office are MTNs.
LTN
Low-tier normie（低位普通人）。按社区评级低于平均的男性颜值，通常是因为一两个明显的结构特征，而非整体协调度。
An LTN with a great frame can still outperform a tall HTN.
Chad
社区里顶级的男性正典。方下颌、hunter eyes、正向 canthal tilt、清晰的颧骨、宽阔的骨架。是个合成体，不是真人，被当作衡量标尺。
He is a Chad in every metric except height.
Stacy
Chad 的女性对应。高协调度、幼态特征、沙漏型身材。同样是合成体，同样虚构，同样被用来给真人打分。
Stacy is a category, not a person, and most days that is forgotten.
Becky
社区给中位女性贴的标签。normie 的女性对应。带攻击性的措辞，唯一的用处就是标记这套词汇是怎么把人压扁的。
The forum thread called her a Becky and the thread was the problem.
Femcel
女性非自愿独身者。社区黑话，最初是 manosphere 词汇的一个小分支。带攻击性的词，常被用来打发女性对约会的抱怨。
She wrote about loneliness and the comments called her a femcel.
Incel
非自愿独身者。最初那个与 PSL 相邻的社区，其词汇播下了 looksmaxxing 的种子。带政治色彩，也是这股潮流里最站不住脚那些说法的源头。
The vocabulary is incel-origin even when the TikTok is friendly.
光环效应
心理学术语。单个有吸引力的特征会让旁观者顺带假设其他无关的正面品质，比如聪明或可靠。这是颜值为何会叠加放大的认知支柱。
The halo effect is why a strong jaw also reads as confident.
Frame
肩膀、锁骨和躯干相对于头部和腰部的宽度。被 Clavicular 周期捧成了新的脸。青春期之后很难再改的东西。
Frame is the lever the gym actually moves.
Clavicular
Braden Peters，那位 looksmax 偶像，他外露的锁骨和骨架比例统治了 2026 纽约时装周。这个名字成了 frame-first 时代的代称。
The Clavicular era moved the conversation from face to frame in one season.
Canthal tilt
从内眼角到外眼角连线的角度。外眼角更高时为正。looksmax 的核心特征之一，可按毫米测量。
His canthal tilt reads as a clean positive five.
Hunter eyes
深陷的眼睛，带正向 canthal tilt、外侧颧骨支撑和平坦的上睑平台。looksmax 对男性眼部的正典。
Hunter eyes are mostly orbital structure, not the eyes themselves.
Positive tilt
外眼角高于内眼角的 canthal tilt。社区解读为在男性脸上更阳刚、更有吸引力。
A small positive tilt does more for the face than most people realise.
Negative tilt
外眼角低于内眼角的 canthal tilt。被解读为更孩子气，或在 looksmax 词汇里，在男性脸上不够理想。
A slight negative tilt reads as softness, not a defect.
Recessed chin
侧面看时位于下唇垂直线之后的下巴。hardmaxxing 中填充或颏成形术的常见目标。在体态良好的脸上常被误判。
He thought his chin was recessed; it was just his neck posture.
下颌角
下颌从水平转向垂直处、后方的那个角。在社区正典里，looksmax 的甜点区大约在 115 到 122 度之间。
A sharp gonial angle is what reads as a defined jaw under the skin.
fWHR
面部宽高比。颧骨处面部宽度除以上唇到眉毛的高度。用于研究，也宽泛地用在 looksmax 讨论里。
A high fWHR correlates with the perception of dominance, for better or worse.
两性差异度
一张脸携带典型男性或典型女性特征的程度。高男性差异度是正典的 Chad 解读；高女性差异度是正典的 Stacy 解读。
Dimorphism, not symmetry, drives most of the attractiveness signal.
协调度
